Piero Peluche

The fantastically talented Piero Peluche just posted a funky rock remix of "Consumer Whore" on ccMixter.  It makes me think of the band CAKE, which, you know, rocks.  You can listen and download for free, friends.  Just visit Piero Peluche's remix page on ccMixter.

Blende: RadaR Podcast

I was kindly contacted by Björn Böhmelmann, the host of Blende Podcast (out of Darmstadt, Germany) and music editor at Radio Darmstadt, about our song "Even Tho" appearing on his show.   It was played in a segment called "Blind Blende" where music from bands with Creative Commons licenses is played to the guests for the first time and they have to analyze the song immediately afterwords.  Isn't that a cool idea?!  Our track was played for his guest musician Sebe (previously with FNFN).  Unfortunately for us, we don't speak German and really don't know what was said... However, it sounded positive and Björn said they both enjoyed our tune.

Blende is available to stream on the right side of this page where it says "Aktuelle Sendung."

The show aired on May 18, 2013 and is called 'Darmstadt grows Indie Teil 3.'  If it's no longer the current program, you'll find it on the right side under "Archiv."

Thank you, Björn and Sebe!
